Because our products are custom-made or prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We only accept returns if:

• The item received is damaged

• The item received is incorrect

• There is a manufacturing defect

To request a return:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• We will review and provide a solution

Please note:

• Size-related issues are not considered defects

• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects

• We do not accept returns for change of mind
